Adrian Zaragoza Jimenez, born and raised in Reno Nevada and a first generation DJ emerged. DJ Ay-Dee has always had a huge passion for music since he was little and at the age of 16 he bought his first DJ controller. Fascinated by the pro DJs, he began his journey into the Disc Jokey world. Being a first generation DJ meant he had a lot of learning to do on his own and for the first few years Ay-Dee spent a lot of time learning new tips and tricks from YouTube while getting down the basic concept of being a Disc Jockey. After graduating from high school, Ay-Dee wanted to take his new skills to the next level. In 2017 Ay-Dee finally got his first opportunity after his mother hired a local company Decorations Nelly, and Ay-Dee was tasked to perform his sisters Quinceañera. After talking to the owner of Decorations Nelly, Ay-Dee finally got his chance to become a resident DJ for Nelly's Nightclub. From that leap of faith, Ay-Dee has rocked the stage for many Quinceañeras, Company Parties, Weddings & Club Events. Ay-Dee has also had the opportunity to share the stage with some big names such as La Sonora Dinamita, Los Inquietos, and Los Quisillos. When Ay-Dee is not spinning on the decks, he is spending quality time on his computer producing some of his own DJ edits or constantly practicing his DJ skills and musical knowledge. Noticed in late 2019 by Amplified Entertainment's owner Ken Allen, he was then invited to join the multiple Award Winning team of Amplified DJ's. Now you can catch the talented DJ Ay-Dee on two Reno radio stations; both 96.5 Alice and Juan 101.7 as well as on all Amplified Entertainment events & stages throughout Northern Nevada and beyond!
